Dr. Thomas N. Chapin began his medical career as a physician with the US Navy and then went on to open a private medical practice in rural Indiana specializing in Family Medicine. Since closing his medical practice in 2010 he has actively pursued other interests including writing, long distance backpacking and bicycle touring along with international travel.
